everyone has a destination, it’s the way we tolerate each other that dictates in what fashion you get there…
Stroller was shot on the footbridge in Beecroft over the M2 Motorway in Sydney, Australia. Apart from the selective colouring (the yellow is original) and some cropping, the image is basically as is. Shot using a Canon EOS 10D with EF 70-300mm DO IS zoom lens at 70mm, ISO 100, 2 secs at f4.5
95×95cm acrylic on canvas and yes, I am glad to see it being displayed next week after finding it very hard to stay focussed! Sold at the Vic Park Art Awards – Yea! (But next time I want an award too)
A chilly, misty December afternoon in Lucca, Italy. People stroll along the top of the old city wall beneath overarching branches of rows of trees.
Decayed and eroded stroller inside and abandoned incinerator, the Wellington Destructor in Toronto, Canada.
Uploaded to prove I don’t always hide behind a bunch of plastic clothes pegs!!! This is me at 15mths old (and I am NOT revealing the year. Suffice it to say pretty close to middle of the last century!) – always a cat lover – the scarey thing is I still own a cat which appears identical to this one!
If it wasn’t her brother she had in her buggy it was baby chicks or kittens that my daughter used to push around. She always thought animals were better than dolls.
This is Elli. My precious Granddaughter that will be a year old this month…(my how time flies!) I have 7 Grandchildren and that is all there will be…all are boys except the youngest Elli…thought we weren’t going to have a girl but alas!! Love them all the same of course, but so glad to have little a girl too!! My daughter is making sure she is a girl, girl as you see the bow and curlers…..lol /
monsters are not far away i was on my way to my photography class and this caught my wild imagination, so i snapped it.
down the parkway / (formerly “thru the hood” lol)
Teddy loves to come walking in my stroller – every little girl loves to walk in the sun with her Teddy Bear with her stroller – everything seems so special
Captured this Lamborghini during a rainstorm near Las Olas Blvd, Ft. Lauderdale. I love the baby stroller to the left of the car. Rain drops are pouring from the fence in the foreground. This is another slow driveby shot, taken with Nikon D300 and Bigma through the passenger window. Best viewed in Large for sure.
This is Shrimp and Grits two Yorki Terriers..lol it is deffinitly the south lol
Oslo, summer 2008 This girl was waiting with her mother on one of crossings on Karl Johan street. She looked big enough to walk easily but was still in the stroller. Other from this series: /
I use illustrations to help children to see the choices they make must be of quality. I actually saw a teenaged girl baring her protruding pregnant stomach. She had no shame nor should she have been only there should have been a decorum of value and well being within herself. I also teach the influence you have on others whether intentional or not. In this illustration the two older girls have the younger in the middle and she is showing her thong to advertise to be in the same perdicament with those she chose to accompany. This is draw on Strathmore cold pressed watercolor paper 11×17. I used markers and a micro balck pen.
Taken in Alderley, Brisbane, Queensland Australia. / I’d like to thank the crow for dropping in and posing for me. / The style of this image borrows heavily from the work of Adrian Donoghue. Adrian’s intriguing and beautiful images are a constant source of inspiration for me and many others. Please view his portfolio here
Taking a walk with my grandchildren. Taken early summer 2009.
