This photo was published in the April issue of the German ‘Tomorrow’ magazine, as part of their ‘Best of Flickr’ feature. / The photo was taken on June 2007, in Stratford-Upon-Avon, England – the birth place of William Shakespeare. It shows the famous Stratford’s Jester statue, done by sculptor James Butler. / The statue is placed on Henley Street, near Shakespeare’s Birthplace. The Jester is standing on a base which has four inscriptions from the Shakespeare’s work on it. An old image re-edited for a new life. This is an old image from a shoot done a long while ago. Quite liking the edit on this one. LOTS of silver make-up and silver hairspray used here followed up by a massive photoshop session to enhance the ‘shiny’. Shot with my D80 – Nikon FTW!
