This photo’s been sitting in the back of my folio, i think it deserves some time at the top. I can never remember what the lane this was taken in, it’s full though, of equally quirky stores that are all being slowly absorbed by graffiti
Something to hang if you collect antiques or own an old home.
One of these store you go in just because you can’t help it !
This was taken on a walk through the back streets of Nimes in France. It had so much atmosphere, you could picture horse drawn carriages and crinoline dressed ladies Featured in Full Frontal Facades Group 7/4/09
Another mannequin I saw in a Paris store in France. He really looked like he was “listening”. LOL
Yesteryear’s window… ...but with a dash of modern day. Vintage meets modern. If you look closely, you will see the back side of a FedEx envelope, a spray bottle of 409, a roll of paper towels, a jar of peanut butter, as well as two boxes of Halogen spot lights. BEST VIEWED LARGER / The Yorkville area is the place to be seen. It is full of posh boutiques, great cafes, bars and restaurants. During the summer months the patios are packed and are in high demand. Located just off the Bloor St. shopping district it is very easily accessible via public transportation. I feel like its a spot tourists and locals can enjoy. / /
This was taken in downtown Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, which is located in Door County. Its a great little town.
Featured: SHOP FRONTS..Dec 2, 09 / Inside a local mall. Placed the lens halfway against the window and the other half captured the reflections of the mall floor and lights. The Christmas Tree is inside the window. / (Sony A350 DSLR…no effects) / /

Liverpool’s Big Wheel reflected in the windows of one of the new stores in Liverpool One. / / Situated at Chavasse Park, and mounted on the roof of the Q-Park underground carpark, which apparently needed strengthening, is Liverpool’s Big Wheel. / / It takes you 80 metres from ground level (thats 262.5 feet in real money), has 40 gondolas which take 6 people each at £6 a pop for 3 revolutions. Well worth it. Excellent views over Liverpool One, Albert Docks, Chavasse Park and, er….. Liverpool One. / © photogenique (dave peddie): using this images for any purpose and in any way, without prior permission, may lead to legal action. /
