This image was made along Morecambe’s promanade one evening, just before sunset. Im amazed to see so many variations of light over the bay, every night is different. Ive found taking pictures along the bay in any weather can give good results, with grey and over cast pervect for black and white. I love my work to be saturated with colour. This evening, i found that colour :) Thanks for taking the time to look. Stevie

Hi This shot was made at a round of the SDA ( scottish downhill accociation ) that was held at Innerliethen, Scotland. Camera Settings >> Exposure Mode >> Manual / Shutter Speed >> 1/320sec Hand held / Aperture >> F/5 / Focal Length >> 135mm Info It was shot in RAW and later converted in Photoshop CS2. Adjustment were levels, curves and colour correction. It was then saved as a Tiff for storage and a JPEG for here. ..............................................................................................................................................

A collaboration with Stevie Millgate, thank you so much for letting me use your image…Light over the Castle A bit about the image… The apple tree in this image signifies the magical, mysterious, feminine side to the Arthurian Legend while the light from the Castle’s cross shaped window signifies the heavy Christian influence in King Arthur’s life. He struggled with both throughout his lifetime. Avalon – The Isle of Apples A small church was built here by Joseph of Arimathea; the rest of the island is inhabited by a race of women who know all the magic in the world. It was here that King Arthur came with Merlin and a hand reached out of the water and offered him the sword Excalibur, which served him throughout his life. It is said that the hand belonged to the Lady of the Lake. The island itself is a place of lakes and rock, with deep meadows and wooded hollows, where no wind blows and rain, hail, and snow have never been known to fall. Best viewed in large format For various images & Song please click Here Not so easy sometimes… Between sneaking in cameras-lenses ect thru many outside then inside securities then bright or dim, unpredictable lighting situations, much movement all about and not always getting the best seats for the money… lol..
