Tian Tan Buddha at Po Lin Monastery on Lantau Island off the Hong Kong Airport, is an imposing sight. This 85 feet bronze statue is the world’s tallest outdoor seated bronze Buddha. In its presence, one is dwarfed not just in stature, but in true understanding and perception of life and universe. This is 1 of the sections of the roof of The beautiful Bellagio Hotel Casino in Las Vegas. This display of silk flowers is just one of the beautiful features of this hotel. It also has a really pretty Rainforest Walk too. Also this would be the only Hotel I have ever seen that has crystal Chandeliers in the underground carpark.
I couldn’t resist snapping this beautiful Bronze statue of Steve Irwin and his family at Australia Zoo near the Sunshine Coast in Queensland,Australia.

The foot of the Angel of the North: Newcastle, UK. The awesome Angel of the North is the largest sculpture in Great Britain which measures 65 feet tall, with a wonderful wingspan of 175 feet. Antony Gormley’s Angel of the North is now, probably, the most famous publick work of modern art. There’s something magical and strange about the Angel, you have to be there to feel it though. / How lovely on the mountains are the feet of those who bring Good News.
