  • Holywell Bay, Cornwall One of my favourite places on the planet. Holywell Bay is a small village on the north coast of Cornwall about 5 miles from Newquay (and 5 miles from Perranporth). Holywell Bay beach is a large, sandy beach with rolling dunes behind the beach, rock pools and a slow running stream. Breathtakingly beautiful!

Into the Light / by Alice Peacock (from the album Alice Peacock) i’m not asking for perfection / i only ask that you try / ‘cause you keep looking for answers outside yourself / when you’ve had them the whole time / it’s time to see yourself as holy / time to see yourself complete / it’s time to set aside the anger / and the spirit of defeat come into the light / yeah, be the one you’re born to be / into the light / wake up from your lonely sleep / the shadows can conceal what the heart longs to heal / come into the light i think it’s great that you’re searching / seek and ye shall find / knock and the door shall be opened / to the windows of your mind / try not to be too impatient / go easy on yourself / ‘cause you got me in your corner / if you need a little help come into the light / yeah, be the one you’re born to be / into the light / wake up from your lonely sleep / the shadows can conceal what the heart wants to heal / come into the light / come into the light
