Warm summer night, the overload that is Times Square and advertising central
Times Square, New York City.
Image I captured recording some of the change, as they built Heritage Village in Frisco, Texas. The house is being restored, and the builing is going on in the back as well. Some is our past, and some is our present image as we go into the future!
The lights of New York City fly past the viewer.

This is one of my favourite photographs. I got very wet but it was worth it. I wanted to capture the feeling of rain and reflections and I may have done it. / Nikon D50 18-55mm
Date: July, 2008 / Location: Times Square, NYC, NY. / Camera: EOS 40D / Lens: Canon EF 28-135 IS Zoom / Subject: I was snapping some different views around Times Square when I noticed this dishevelled old man walking on the road. I didn’t have time to re-set for too many shots and even this one is imperfect but it looks okay to impart the subject. It was an arresting scene for me: this haggard looking man in unkempt clothes walking on the street next to tourists like myself taking pictures of all the bright signs and goings on at this junction of the commercial world.
Just as all the neon signs come on and are visible.

Complicated :-)
This corner fascinates me and it’s so fully of life and color. I love these buildings. © jc warburton 09, Fuji Finepix S8100.. Featured in: All About New York State…

The times they are changing can be seen so clearly in this shot. Our aeroplanes and our way of life is different now. Companies are also defunct which were top of the line. Taken on an Exacta camera on Kodachrome film.
Needs no description ! One of the most vibrant places I’ve been to. The colours, lights, and people, all fantastic and welcoming. – Shame it was wet all the time we were there ! Maybe next time it will be dry and warm / Nikon D50
