I think I always under value the affect a bright and breezy spring day has on me. I’m no sun worshipper believe me, I get decidely grumpier in summer when the heat becomes too much. There’s just something about spring though, full of hope, life, opportunity and rejuvenation – something that right now I feel I need vast quantities of. My mind becomes stale at times, prompting the restless destructive thought patterns, that land me in all sorts of deep dark holes of my mind. It’s been a difficult week for me within myself, the conflict and confusion rearing it’s ugly unsettling head. Writing this and enjoying the sunshine (albeit from the hollow unfilment of work and strip lighting) has helped calm me and has all but soothed the fear lurking within.
