the pic no.2, Strange Sensation
Caught the sun as it moved behind the cloud, low on the horizon.
“With the advancement of technology and everyone using Cds and mp3 players, will we ever use cassette tapes like we used to?” This artwork is done with a scanned image of a cassette tape and with Adobe Photoshop, depicting the changes in our modern society and how it is affecting our lifes. Another view to it is that we humans tend neglect/forget what we used to have when we find something new.
My face is a path of rivers, twisted and blighted reflecting my heart.

Still playing with some old travel shots. Unfortunately taken with my first digital camera (2meg). What wouldn’t I give no to go back and do it all again. Gut crunching travellers bug and all.

Taken with Canon 1000d with standard 18-55 lens. This is part of a series of shots taken at a local scrap yard, where some lovely old classic vehicles are rusting away. Most have been well used and have donated several parts to other vehicles. There is something about the age of these vehicles that adds more character to them, and – in my opinion – makes them more photogenic than brand new shiny showroom cars. You can see them all on my bubblesite, in the Classic Cars album.
