  • The last living survivor of the Titanic, Millvina Dean, has died at the age of 97 in Southampton. As a two-month-old baby, Millvina was the youngest passenger on board the giant liner when it sank on its maiden voyage on April 15, 1912 – with the loss of more than 1,500 lives. / The Titanic holds a very special place in my heart as My Spirit Guide, Ida Straus died on it as did so many others. / I dedicate this painting to Millvina Dean and quote the words of William Wordsworth in honour of her memory. Harp! Thy murmurs may not cease - / A Spirit, with his angelic wings, / In soft and breeze – like visitings, / Has touched thee – and a Spirit’s hand: / A voice is with us – a command / To chant, in strains of heavenly glory. / A tale of tears, a mortal story! For you Millvina Dean….... June 1st 2009 – London

  • Desire we past illusions to recall? / To reinstate wild Fancy, would we hide / Truths whose thick veil Science has drawn aside? / No, – let this Age, high as she may, instal / In her esteem the thirst that wrought man’s fall, / The universe is infinitely wide; / And conquering Reason, if self-glorified, / Can nowhere move uncrossed by some new wall / Or gulf, of mystery, which thou alone, / Imaginative Faith ! Canst overleap….... Words by William Wordsworth Painting using acrylics, graphite, pigment and acrylic inks. / 102×42cm on paper June 4th 2009

  • Look on me! There is an order / Of mortals on the earth, who do become old in their youth, and die ere middle age, / Without the violence of warlike death; / Some perishing of pleasure some of study - / Some worn with toil – some of mere weariness / Some of disease -and some insanity - / And some of withered, or of broken hearts; / For this last is a malady which slays / More than are numbered in the lists of Fate, / Taking all shapes, and bearing many names. / Look upon me! for even of all these things / Have I partaken; and of all these things, / One were enough; then wonder not that I Am what I am, but that I ever was, / Or, having been, that I am still on Earth…. / Words by Lord Byron This painting is dedicated to the memory of my father. • It has been said that the Law of Attraction says people’s thoughts; both conscious and unconscious dictate the reality of their lives, whether or not they’re aware of it. Essentially “if you really want something and truly believe it’s possible, you’ll get it”, but putting a lot of attention and thought onto something you don’t want means you’ll probably get that too…..... Dedicated to John Anthony Sebastian – With love July 10th 2009

  • This painting is dedicated to my mentor, Spiritual healer and friend who celebrates her birthday today. I feel so very fortunate to have experienced the love and guidance of such a wonderful woman. Happy Birthday Mavis from all our Spirits Guides and everyone on Red Bubble. Thank you for everything you do! It is only by being thoroughly conscientious about trifling matters that one can become conscientious in everything. This is the way to cultivate the good tree, so that in the end it cannot bear anything but good fruit..... • The Akashic records is a theosophical concept referring to the archiving of all World events and personal experiences – of all the thoughts and deeds that have ever taken place on Earth. These events are transcribed in the form of complex images composed of pictures, sounds, and other sensory stimuli. These images are indelibly impressed upon the “matter” of the astral plane (called the Akasha) and may be “read” only when the reader is in a special altered (some even say mystical) state of consciousness. In such an altered state of mind, one is able to tap the Akashic records and receive direct information about past ages. Certain theosophical descriptions of Atlantis, for example, are supposedly received via this technique. Also, some psychics who do past-life readings claim to receive their information from the Akashic records. It is also said that it is possible to tap the Akashic records during dreams. Sometimes the information so obtained is remembered consciously upon awakening. More often, nocturnal perusals of the Akashic records are not remembered, although the fruits of such “dream research” may be retrieved in moments of intuition in daily life. The information received in precognitive dreams (clairvoyant dreams relating to an event or state not yet experienced) is often said to be ultimately derived from the Akashic records. I want to thank My Spirit Guides for the wonderful journeys they take me on and fill my life with creativity, love and inspiration. My life would not be the same without them. • In the eight continents beheld the ways of Man, / The Sun’s procession, the orbit of the Stars, / The surging of the dragon, the soaring of the phoenix in his flight. / In the red desert to the south I sweltered. / And Northward waded through the wintry burghs of Yu….... Words written by Chang Heng Chang Heng ( 78 – 139) was the leading scientist of the Later (or Eastern) Han Dynasty of first and second century China. He was a scholar in many areas, among them astronomy, cartography, mathematics, philosophy, and literature. Also known as Zhang Heng and Pingzhi, Heng is credited with creating the first seismograph to record earthquakes, devised an armillary – or celestial globe – to track the movement of planets and stars, proposed the concept of the lunar eclipse, developed longitude and latitude grids for maps, invented the odometer, and wrote love poems and other literary works. This painting I dedicate to Chang Heng July 24th 2009

  • I dreamt a dream! What can it mean? / And that I was a maiden Queen / Guarded by an Angel mild: / Witless woe was ne’er beguiled! And I wept both night and day, / And he wiped my tears away; / And I wept both day and night, / And hid from him my heart’s delight. So he took his wings, and fled; / Then the morn blushed rosy red. / I dried my tears, and armed my fears / With ten-thousand shields and spears. Soon my Angel came again; / I was armed, he came in vain; / For the time of youth was fled, / And grey hairs were on my head. Poem Angel, The by William Blake August 3rd 2009

  • This painting has a set of images, a stream of pleasant thoughts that past through the mind. This is the largest painting I have done for anyone and it relates to someone’s past life. A life which has passed through so many timelines. The images appear with the help of my Spirit guides to help me pin point the wonderful encounters they have experienced. A study and the love of painting is something I am happy to do in this noiseless dream. Music – Hans Zimmer Painting using acrylics, inks, pigments, graphite and gold leaf. August 22nd 2009

  • It is one of the saddest events for any parent when a child dies. I have numerous people asking me for paintings while attuned to my Spirit Guides. These are sad moments, but the paintings bring comfort to many people. Gilly died at a very young age. He was a typical young boy with very old fashioned ideals. He liked adventures with pirates and built ships which could whisk him away to glorious places, not yet discovered. As a young child I often saw Gilly’s Spirit, but didn’t know him. Today, after all these years he has made himself know to me in this painting. Both his parents have now passed over and I dedicated this painting to his memory…..... I add the words of Khalil Gibran – Lebanese American artist, poet and writer. (1883 -1931) The songs of the waves and the hymns of the streams / Are scattered, and the voices of the throngs reduced to silence; / And I can hear naught but the music of Eternity / In exact harmony with the spirit’s desires. / I am cloaked in full whiteness; / I am in comfort; I am in peace…..... Understanding Gilly…......... Music – Mighty Men of Old – by Paul Collier. August 27th 2009

  • That is one of the great difficulties in experiencing the unconscious—that one identifies with it and becomes a fool. You must not identify with the unconscious; you must keep outside, detached, and observe objectively what happens…. it is exceedingly difficult to accept such a thing, because we are so imbued with the fact that our unconscious is our own – my unconscious, his unconscious, her unconscious – and our prejudice is so strong that we have the greatest trouble disidentifying. Jung, C. G. The Psychology of Kundalini Yoga – Notes of the Seminar given in 1922 by C. G. Jung. Painting inspired by Jung Music – Peter Gabriel’s Passion Acrylics, pigments and graphite / 102×42cm on paper September, 27th 2009
