A baby Veiled chameleon using all five of her limbs. You may remember her form the May 2007 issue of National Geographic – the photo was a winner of the monthly “Your Shot” competition. The print size was that of a rather large post stamp – but NOW you can have it as a large laminated or mounted print! nudge nudge
This is one of a series of music illustrations, each one representing a track on my (genius of a musician) partner’s first album The Crazy Serum / also available as a T-Shirt
Snow Water / by Michael Longley A fastidious brewer of tea, a tea / Connoisseur as well as a poet, / I modestly request on my sixtieth / Birthday a gift of snow water. Tea steam and ink stains. Single- / Mindedly I scald my tea pot and / Measure out some Silver Needles Tea, / Enough for a second seeping. Other favourites include Clear / Distance and Eyebrows of Longevity / Or, from precarious mountain peaks / Cloud Mist Tea (quite delectable) Which competent monkeys harvest / Filling their baskets with choice leaves / And bringing them down to where I wait / With my crock of snow water. Julia fractal, no coloring algorithms, no post-processing. Brown, white, green. Made in Ultra Fractal.
Taken in the Vatican Museum using a Canon 5D. Not going to lie, I am really looking forward to saving up for the 5D MKII.
This is a renewal of a shot previously done. I had a great chance to modify my view of this when I visited it again. Canon 30D / Sigma 18-50 Macro / 18mm / 1/125 at f/8 / ISO 100 / Shot in Raw Toroko Gorge National Park, Taiwan I hope you enjoy both the original and the rediscovered version. They were shot with two different lenses. Obviously the later with a wider capacity. No post processing done to this simply converted from Raw to PNG for uploading purposes. Sales / Large mounted print to a RB member / Large 19”x13” Semi-gloss framed print, printed at my studio using Epson R1900
Apophysis fractal. Larger view here.

Created in Ultra Fractal 4. More warmth for us Northern Hemisphere’s dwellers. Thank you for the support as always. :)
Created in Photoshop from a drawing of a four leaf clover…..lolol This is the piece of music I was listening to while designing it. I’m learning to play this on the electric guitar at the moment so it’s on constantly. I suppose this piece will therefore always bring back memories of frustration, painful fingertips and people telling me to turn the amplifier down! Pachelbel – Canon in D
EOS 30D / HDR. Taken in an old tower just outside town.
Made with Ultra Fractal. I’m in a phase of being attracted to more pastel colours; I don’t choose to make vivid or soft coloured design, I just follow in what’s happening. Thank you for the support and faves! :) MY DA MUGS (clickable image)

This fractal Incendia design reminds me of some of the toyes we used to play with: a ball and a flexible spiral. We needed to put one end of the spiral on the edge of the stairs and then it walked downstairs by itsself. / This fractal fantasy shows some balls bouncing on the spiral. Designer: Thea Walstra /
Apo 2.08.

I used only Apophysis 7x and a script to create this card. I played with the triangles and the colors to get my own version. Designer: Thea Walstra /
Fractal design created with Ultra Fractal 5.2. I used Photoshop to work on the colors and to give it a subtle sandstone structure. Designer: Thea Walstra / /
