  • The Southern is the fourth largest of the world’s oceans and is the only one that completely circles the earth. When it touches our West Australian shores it has come straight off the Antarctic, with the result that the waters can be a bit chilly! Over millions of years of wave action a beautiful coastline has been created and this calendar shows just a few of the magnificent beaches that are on offer

  • The south west corner of Australia contains some of the finest coastline and beaches to be found anywhere. Here is just a small selection

  • As well as having some of the most delightful beaches you could ever hope to find, the south west corner of Western Australia also has some other very impressive coastal scenery.

  • The shores of Western Australia’s south west are washed by two mighty oceans, the Indian and the Southern. Both can be gentle and both can be harsh and unforgiving.

  • Since my first Louisiana Life calendar seems to be a hit, I thought I’d incorporate some more local color into a second calendar for 2009. Included are moss-draped live oaks and cypress trees, as well as scenes from St. Francisville, St. Martinville, Lake Martin, Grand Coteau, Washington, the River Road plantations, and my own back yard.

  • Our trip to the South exposed us to a lot of beauty we knew little about.

  • One of the most beautiful and scenic parts of New South Wales, and of Australia, are the Southern Highlands. Since “Photography” is literally “Light Drawing”, you may notice that some of the images have been “re-worked” to reflect the direction I have taken with my work.

  • A series of striking images from the south of England, stretching from the sea in Cornwall to the ancient city of London. These photos attempt to capture the drama of life in England, a place that holds physical evidence of history that not only includes but long predates the Roman occupation 2000 years ago. From stone-age monuments to the height of modern architecture, England has it all and now you can enjoy it each month.

  • The photography of Charles Bodi exploring abandoned places along the Rust Belt from Southern Ontario, Canada through Western New York and Ohio.

  • A collection of images taken in the coastal waters of South Eastern Australia. These images showcase the incredible diversity of marine life found within these dynamic temperate waters which are feed by nutrient rich waters coming in from the cold depths of the Great Southern Ocean.

  • Twelve images of Hummingbirds .. some in-flight…some having a short rest amongst the flowers…all captured in Huntington Beach, California…either at Bolsa Chica Wetlands, Huntington Central Park or Shipley Nature Center

  • This calender is comprised of photographs taken at the ghost town of Ruby, Arizona and the movie/commercial sets of Gammons Gulch in Pomerene, Arizona and Tucson Studio’s Mescal movie set in Mescal, Arizona.

  • These photographs were taken this spring in Green Valley, Arizona. Some were taken at the Green Valley Gardeners’ demonstration Arid Garden and others were taken in neighbors’ yards. I think the flowers were more spectacular than ever this year.
