  • Baby Coming Soon
    by NoraFraser

I have heard the whisper of the leaves rustling against each other as the autumn wind blows through the forest

This story is intended for a mom to read to her children about a new baby coming or another person could read it as well of course-The story speaks of the innocence and beauty of the new baby and there is a softness and sweetness surrounding the words-the people involved are filled with hope and faith and the future days, weeks, and years of the reality of harshness and disappointment is not yet evident and is concealed far away like a crisp leaf curled under a heavy rock and this leaf will not be viewed or grasped at this point in time.

    by bloodyactress

she met him in one night / in a moment of heat and passion / flashing lights and pounding music / swaying bodies that caged bleeding hearts ...

my best friend just told me just exactly how far she had gone with her (now ex) boyfriend. everything except honest to goodness sex. you can imagine what a bombshell that was. i could say a lot about the situation and add a bunch of commentary but i wont waste your/my time. i am going to let this piece speak for itself. she is my very best friend in the entire world and i love her to death. but these are the years in our lives that things change. these are the years we make choices that can forever alter our future and the world around us. i am disappointed in her choices recently but i will always be there for her and i still will love her.
