MGMT (previously known as The Management) is an American musical group based in Brooklyn, New York consisting of Ben Goldwasser and Andrew VanWyngarden. Originally with New York-based Cantora Records, they signed on with Columbia Records/Red Ink/Sony in 2006. On October 5, 2007, Spin.com named MGMT “Artist of the Day”. On November 14, 2007 Rolling Stone pegged MGMT as a top 10 “Artist to Watch” in 2008. The band was recently named 9th in the BBC’s Sound of 2008 top 10 poll.

The lighting & general arrangement in this corridor had an almost ‘old master’ feel to it… Whilst not the most exciting part of the Sergeant’s Mess, this has never the less ended up being my favourite shot from that outing.

Weeping Willow. This is my favourite willow tree which stands at the side of Huntingdon River which is a town in Cambridgeshire, i changed this to black and white and added a soft focus effect, i cropped the image slightly and adjusted the light as it was a cloudy day..Taken Dec 2008 – Sony Cybershot 10.1mp /

as I was sitting at the hospital.. waiting for my hubbys discharge.. so many thoughts running thru my mind these sheets had just been placed.. the sun was gleaming in .. it is a new day update: thanks for your thoughts and prayers for my hubby.. he is better.. and following doctors orders.. it will be a battle everyday .. and he has always been a fighter.. so , on with the life.. this is a celebration photo :).. not a sad one..
