It is very sad to see how parents can raise children but end up in nursing homes / alone, scared and without hope…many years ago I worked in a nursing home and / sat and talked to some of the elderly..their stories were very sad..sometimes / family did not even visit…and they were left to remember happier times..and live / a dismal life..I felt if there were no other choices and that nursing homes were the only answer at least families could visit with a little goodie, kind words and a kiss / and bring the elderly home for the holidays to allow them to feel the warmth of / family…
