Photographic based digital montage – 2007 (no 2 from series of 3). Shot two seperate models & P/S combined them. I also draw in & enhanced part of the headpeice, the body, the dress, added a fringe to the face, hid the eyes, made the features more angular, blew up the lips, created cheekbones, reworked the branches, filtered wallpaper effects, extended the chandelier, added lacework/flower elements, desaturated the lot & added a sepia tone. Thank you to both models who wish to remain anonymous. Approximately 50 Photoshop layers. Just Sometimes (Song of Laughter and Forgetting) by Swervedriver – entered in Red Bubble ‘songmanip07 – Musical Photo Competition’. So many great entries. Regards to all for voting for this peice- JUST FAB TO WIN the photo manipulation category! Photographic based digital montage 2007 (1 from series of 6 – redesigned from 2004/5 Japanese Series). Re-worked combining two from the series. I shot the tree, flowers & combined them in P/S with drawn elements & filtered the lot. Approximately 50 Photoshop layers. Generally I tire of my artwork yet still love this series to this day.

MY SECRET SPOT-Many think that Los Angeles, California is filled with traffic and cars; however, I know of several unique spots. This IS one of my favorites. I’ll never tell you where it is-unless you come to L.A…then if you’re nice…we can go to a picnic here. Do you want to go?

Storm watching during winter months captures your breath as crashing waves pound the rocky beaches and send water shooting into the sky…...sitting on the beach and waiting to no endless sunset evening is spectacualar experience…..the coast of Oregon is every photographer dream…..When they say dreamland this sure is one…I take dangerous edges and lenghtly times of waiting to bring out the best of the nature….This is not everyday of the road scene….It takes courage, time and at the time can be very expensive to bring out the best….Enjoy my work once again….and thank you for any coment i might receive on my photography….... / / SINGHRAY FILTER Graduated ND filter 1 F-stop hard grad…. I took this shot in Nice, France. The original shot was non-digital, so I took a digital photo of the shot and tried a blue tint. I kind of like it this way…it’s like he’s a detective and only The Shadow Knows…for sure. :) / I originally caption titled the photo: / Pondering My Past, Present & Future / (seems like this chap could be doing that as well).

These are the beautifull shifting sand dunes in aberdeen which unfortunatly a big hot shot business man wants to build his giant golf course on. Personaly i think it would be an absolute crime if he is given permission to spoil this beautifull dunes and beach which also has some species living there that are watched carefully.

I did this ink drawing back in 1992 for fun after I learned a time consuming process of simply making ink dots while in my Graphic Arts class. I loved the outcome of this so much that I had it framed. I happened to see it a few days ago and decided to photograph it—to share with all of you. A mistress is a man’s long term sexual partner and companion. Historically, the term has denoted a kept woman who is maintained in a comfortable (or even lavish) lifestyle by a wealthy man so that she will be available for his sexual pleasure; essentially a kind of highly expensive, single-client prostitute. Today however, it is used primarily to refer to the companion of a man who is married to another woman; in the case of an unmarried man it is usual to speak of a girlfriend or partner. The relationship is generally stable and at least semi-permanent; however, the couple do not live together openly. Historically a man kept a mistress. As the term implies, he was responsible for her debts and provided for her in much the same way as he did his wife. In more recent and emancipated times, it is more likely that the mistress has a job of her own, and is less, if at all, financially dependent on the man. It is not uncommon for a man to have acknowledged children by his mistress.
