I have photographs of a series of planets. I look forward to sharing some remarkable stories with you. Please view this in the larger format to appreciate the imagery of this macro/bark photograph. This is another view of the Planet Solaris that the task force believes is the command center for the shadow people and most likely where the princess is sequestered. / Solaris is an immense intelligent organic entity that forms the ocean of the planet that bears its name. Solaris’ atmosphere is completely devoid of oxygen. The windstorms, fogs, mists and cloud formations that can be instantly vicious or solid are believed to be deliberate manifestations of planetary mind. The oceans surface is studded with countless small islands. On this planet, fluid plasma are generated in an extremely diverse range of formations and an extraordinary range of textures and colors. Many of Solaris’ manifestations defy conventional notions of physics on both the planetary and subatomic levels. Some formations are free-floating, multiwinged birdlike shapes and glowing phosphorescent bodies. These rare independents are able to detach themselves from the surface, also creating a seal like form. It has been rumored that these alien creatures have been investigating the habits of earthlings and many sightings of alien creatures have been reported including abductions of humans. Our government is very secretive about all alien crafts and life forms that have been sighted in the Nevada desert. The eminent Stanislaw Lem whose life has been threatened if he reports any of his findings to earthlings has extensively researched these events. The undulating surface is flecked with blue orange foam. The government believes that knowing the vicious nature of Solaris, some of its traits learned from human abductions will crate mass hysteria so my report to the members of this group is deep secret. I hope to follow this up with more reports of alien life, some written about in Science Fiction Literature from the great minds of extraterrestrial scholars like Stanislaw Lem, Arthur C. Clark, Robert Heinlein, Frank Niven and Clifford Simak. Dr Simak wrote a fascinating book, “City” where dogs rule the earth and humans are subordinate beings with inferior intelligence. I have followed reports from these eminent scholars given my love of science fiction and. I have notes on 65 aliens, some of whom you may know like Arthur C Clarks Overlord, Larry Nivens Puppeteer, Frank Herberts Steersman, Robert Silverbergs Sulidor and many more. I hope I can use my new and advanced Hubble telescope so that you can now visualize what could only before be imagined.

I go back and forth about what abstracts should be…or not be. This reminds me of silver birch trees in a brilliant (but tentative) sunrise. But it also makes me think of bones, lots of bones. Maybe a chorus line under a hot spotlight…? Whatever it is or isn’t, I love looking at it. It began as a photoimage that was just silly, so I painted over it and then painted this. I don’t like “wasting” file space, so I frequently recycle this way. Abstract painting; Photoshop Elements 3. / /

One of the many pleasures that came about in the mid 25th century was the galactic cruise lines, with ships that now could span not only seas, but entire galaxies. Appearing here from time to time will be some of the images I captured on many of my intergalactic holidays spent on the ships of different cruise line companies. Of course these vessels are more floating cities than actual ships. At the turn of the 25th century many innovations once used for battle platforms were modified to civilian uses. One such was the immense force shield/bubbles that held the atmospheres on warships. / Once these were brought into use the cruise lines of many worlds put them to use in building vast pleasure ships, so by mid century these became available to the general public. This image captures part of the 10 mile swimming pool on the Pool Deck of Carnivalis lines new mega cruiser “Solaris Traveller”. / Some of the dimensions of the vessel are: / Length = 83 miles / Width = 15 miles / Deck Levels = 1503 / Passenger capacity 156,000 / Crew 72,000 / She as a cruising speed of Warp 8, and 3 onboard Star- Portals. / The Portals are used for “Shore Excursions” on the many Portal Worlds she visits
