  • Often we can be distracted by what is under our feet. The pavement rushing buy as we walk, small sprouts of grass pushing through the cracks. It is above me that most interests me. The corners of buildings. The long pipes running along side a building. The drippy mix of melting brick colors. Don’t be afraid. Tourists do it all the time. Look up in your city instead of looking down! There is a whole world waiting for you!

  • photography to me is very cathartic. sometimes I am filled with self-doubt, be it with my work, my life, my talents. I undertook a 365 days of self portraits challenge in flickr, though I am not very regular at this point of time. The days I feel an inferno coming from behind to swallow me, I allow myself to be used as a subject to let go of all emotions.

  • I had to borrow this odd little pin cushion from my local sewing shop for a couple of days, not that i go into this type of shop often. / From pin cushion to pin head!
