  • FROM THE FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHY OF WENDY BANDURSKI-MILLER

  • Georgian terrace, once owned by the gentry as Dublin townhouses, then many were tenements stuffed with the poor whose landlords were the same aristocrats now also down on their luck. At this time, 1995, they were somewhat less stuffed with students and the odd lawyers office. It was late but not that late for one person at least to clean the porch. Taken from the roof on a very cold winters night. Later, we threw snowballs.

  • Send your friends and family this fun card, featuring Mr. Frog and Mr. Rabbit having a blast with a snowball fight!

  • Skele-series #13 Final installment of pencil skellies.

  • This was when my Golden was 6 weeks old, the first day I got him, the snow was a little too deep for him and he took a little tumble.

  • Almost 4 weeks old

  • Snowball was a rescued cat found living behind a grocery store with a litter of kittens and in very bad shape. She was under-weight, with many health issues that needed to be taken care of before I could adopt her. She has always been so very gentle and affectionate and a blessing in my home. She will be about 10 years old this year and sleeps most of the time, but every evening she will come and sit next to me so that she can get as much attention as is humanly possible. She was mesmerized by a sunbeam and just a second later she jumped down to chase it. As with most white cats who have blue eyes, she is deaf. Light, on the other hand, holds great fascination for her. “To some people, homeless cats are of little value. But to those who are not quite so blind, they are not only precious lives, but also very special beings, blessed with the ability to touch our imagination and lead us into a world of true magic and wonder.” ~ Michael Mountain, President , Best Friends Animal Society Featured in AMERICAS ~ Rural, Urban, Wild, Free – Expressions of Artists group ~ 15 December 2008

  • Fluffy reminds me of a little blue snowball; he sends his greetings from the Barry family to all the good friends here at Red Bubble. May your Christmas be happy and holy and blessed and may 2009 be bright and beautiful and filled with wonder and joy! Love to everyone, Bonnie Postscript: Fluffy is a old crony of Frosty the Snowman. They don’t get to see each other much, though, since Fluffy relocated down South. Frosty would love to come for visits, but the heat plays havoc with his health. They content themselves with an occasional email and phone call. Fluffy and Frosty send their best to everyone!

  • Okay just a regular Photo this time but one I love, my 18 month Cocker Spaniel ‘Lady’ playing hide and seek in the snow last week with snowballs attatched to her ears

  • One of Snowball’s nicknames is Princess for obvious reasons. Here she lays across a pillow sham on a peaceful Sunday morning. Grabbed a necklace I bought in Maui a few years back, grabbed my camera and we got a few photos before she got tired of me acting like the paparazzi. • Full size is best This sweet little fluff ball, the White Throated Sparrow, sheltered the blizzard conditions we experienced in the Washington-Baltimore area on December 19th, 2009, in the river birch behind my deck (and not more than a hop and a skip from the full birdie-feeder). Focal Distance 300mm. Image taken with the Nikon D300 and the 70-300mm vr Nikon lens. Shutter 1/250, aperture f/9.0, exposure -.33, iso 1,000, spot metering. I used on-board fill flash .. which I almost never bother with … but was very pleased with the results. Very little post processing … cropping and a touch of dodging and burning to the eye to make it pop a little bit.
