Featured in Australia Your Standing In It group, 21st June 09 Captured (not literally)! at the Daintree Mangroves Wildlife Sanctuary. Pythons are normally fairly placid, but this one was NOT! Very snappy and lunged at Andrew when he got too close! And there I was, standing a mere 2 metres or so away, shooting madly!!! But what a beauty! We think it was a Carpet Python but if anyone can ID this fellow, let me know! Best viewed LARGE
