This is the beginning of a collaboration with shawhouse. When Phil suggested that we work together, I could not think what I could do that would make a good joint effort for our talents. Fractals need very little lighting. I’m thirty years beyond sending him a “picture” of myself for his Photoshop lighting magic. My best ideas always seem to come when I’m at the gym running. I free associate, and often the solutions to projects come to me in a flash while I’m on the track. It was the beginning of February; why not explore couples in love with cookies?! Over the next several days, we will be posting many views of couples in love done in sugar cookie dough. I did the baking and the basic photography. Phil did the post processing and the lighting.
