7 Shape Vector drawn by hand from scratch in Xara Xtreme. Toby Young summarises often repeated criticisms when he writes: “Ben Elton. Do you know this guy? He started out as an “alternative” comedian, railing against Thatcherism and the like, and now earns a fortune writing the librettos for truly awful West End musicals. I mean, his name has become a byword for shameless hackery. He’s the biggest sell-out of his generation” Comedy Video – Stuart Lee ripping into Ben Elton Enjoy the t-shirt. / —— /

He looks so smug, doesn’t he? “Look! Look! Look what I found!” And Finders, Keepers after all. / On top of walls of concrete, nestled deep away we meet Mr. Raven. He hates flying, unlike the other birds. He’s always looking down enviously at the small ants below his nest on the skyscraper. So many different people, making a grey and black mass down below, like little ants sprawling about. One day when Mr. Raven was curiously keeping a watch over the ants, what did he see? An abandoned shoe! Without hesitation Mr. Raven flew down to the alley below. But oh to his grief, the shoe was too big. And far to heavy to lift. / But Mr. Raven was smart, yes he was. So instead he jumped with both feet into the shoe. / From there he stood looking at the humans up close… right where he felt at home. A friend of mine wrote this short story to accompany it. / (He’s brilliant. Give him some love. We want him to join RB.) Vector drawn from scratch in Photoshop CS3. / Lund 3/6/09 /
