  • I was initially going to use a roadmap from a part of Israel…but then I figured it would better to use Texas! Just not sure why? hmm…hehe Road map for peace The “road map” for peace is a plan to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict proposed by a “quartet” of international entities: the United States, the European Union, Russia, and the United Nations. The principles of the plan were first outlined by U.S. President George W. Bush in a speech on June 24, 2002, in which he called for an independent Palestinian state living side by side with Israel in peace: “The Roadmap represents a starting point toward achieving the vision of two states, a secure State of Israel and a viable, peaceful, democratic Palestine. It is the framework for progress towards lasting peace and security in the Middle East…” Definition from Wikipedia I never was any good at folding maps back up… / Now there is only 999 more cranes to make…till world peace!

have always wanted to capture a big plane landing but could never be there at the right time or having the wind blowing in the right direction. The low clouds helps bring the plane closer than usual….i could almost touch it….hahhah. To see a hugh metal flying over you at approx. 200kph is…...priceless. The jetfuel, the noise…...Perfect. I am NOT a plane enthusiast , but it is fascinating to watch. Sydney “Kingsford Smith” Airport Boeing 747 landing train plane truck car chair Transportation

  • This is for my daughters who are HUGE Neighbours fans! They tell me that Harold Bishop (aka Ian Smith) is leaving the show this week after 20 years! I have personally had the honour of working with Ian many moons ago (no… I’m not an actor or TV person!) and he is a delight and very witty man who deserves to be honoured with a tribute t-shirt! I also hear rumbles about the current cast of Neighbours trying to push for Ian (Harold) to be nominated for a Gold Logie this year… fingers crossed and by wearing one of these t-shirts, we can only assist the cause ;o) Enjoy. .

  • Oil on Canvas 506×765. This is based on a photo by fellow redbubbler robjbez , who has kindly given his permission for me to use his amazing photo. I just couldn’t pass on this incredibly haunted face, and the idea that his lips are pursed because he’s about to say “What you looking at….”

  • kalalau valley
    by kevin smith

    US$9.97–US$228.00

After sheltering under a nearby boulder from a late afternoon tropical downpour my patience was rewarded with a rainbow only befitting the Garden Isle’s most majestic valley. Excerpt from a “letter to the editor” ”.....it brought back fond memories of my (several) hikes to ‘Heaven on Earth’. Last time I took my honey she threw down her pack and proclaimed loudly, ‘This is insane. I’m not going a step further!’ / As I peered over the more than 600-foot vertical drop to the ocean I began to remember, many years ago, my first hike to Kalalau. Well, I had to yell at her, and if I had a bull whip, I may have had to use it (joke). She happily thanked me later for making her finish the hike, and indeed she verily danced with confidence on the return leg. / For the purist, hiking is the only way. Every corner is a new breathtaking vista that serves to only lighten that heavy pack. Paddling – it sounds like fun, but you really haven’t experienced Kalalau unless you hike it and spend a few days there. Like fine wine, there is no hurry to drink. / What’s the big rush ? ‘Getting there is half the fun.’ But Kalalau is ‘being there is all the fun.’ Experience its night sky filled with so many stars you will see your own shadow and swear its moonlight. Take time to savor its stunning beauty and then you will be truly blessed by this enchanting place and know why Kalalau is the world’s premier hiking destination.” This image is featured in the KALALAU VALLEY calendar / / and also in the RB publication GAIA – The Living Planet .

  • “This Charming Man” is an up-tempo song, featuring guitar, bass, and drums. The song begins with a short introductory guitar riff; and after about four seconds the rhythm section. The vocals are first heard eight seconds after this. The chorus is heard only twice. The first time it is followed by a brief pause and the second time by the closing of the song. Lyrics – Marr/Morrissey (The Smiths) A punctured bicycle / On a hillside desolate / Can nature make a man of me yet ? And in this charming car / This charming man Why pamper life’s complexity / When the leather runs smooth / On the passenger seat ? I would go out tonight / But I haven’t got a stitch to wear / This man said “It’s gruesome that someone so handsome should care” A jumped up pantry boy / Who never knew his place / He said “return the ring” / He knows so much about these things / He knows so much about these things I would go out tonight / But I haven’t got a stitch to wear / This man said “It’s gruesome that someone so handsome should care” / Na, na-na, na-na, na-na, this charming man … / Na, na-na, na-na, na-na, this charming man … A jumped up pantry boy / Who never knew his place / He said “return the ring” / He knows so much about these things / He knows so much about these things / He knows so much about these things
