Reflection of the sky in Manhattan on a Trump Building on First Avenue.
Looking Uptown from the Empire State Building in New York City.
World Trade Center a few months before 9/11, New York, USA
The Twin Towers WTC in New York City photographed in September 2000. Nothing more needs to be said except that they were iconic and nobody will ever forget the outrage of the following year. I do not support the war on terror as it is happening but this is not the site for political debate. I loved their symmetery and the incredible sense of mans achievement when one simply looked up. The meaning of the word skyscraper multiplied by two. Questions regarding the attacks and our world as we know it. / http://www.zeitgeistmovie.com/main.htm
Another shot taken on Thanksgiving day. These buildings just seemd so overpowering. I can’t imagine working in one. They remind me of those ant farms that were popular when I was a kid.
This isn’t a shot of a building that I flipped in Photoshop. It’s designed to look this way if you stand in the corner and shoot almost straight up. I did take a bit of tweaking as it’s not designed to be perfectly symmetrical. One wing of the building is shorter than the other. It’s a really well designed building with a wonderful abstract quality. Love the skyscrapers of MIdtown Manhattan.
one of the few times I was actually glad somebody got in the way of my shot! totally adds to the hustle n’ bustle feel of NYC :)
This image was taken on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the Amex Building in New York. People were drawn to the view of the rebuilding of Ground Zero and were speaking so softly. Concurrent to the silent viewing is the incredible acitivity of rebuilding taking place in the area itself. Originally the glass wall seen here was opaque (marble, i think) but when the repairs were made to the building the marble was removed so that people could view Ground Zero. Shot taken with my little digital camera that i have since lost!
Original sculpture, installed at the Empire State Building observation deck. Created with thousands of LEGO® bricks by artist Sean Kenney.
This shot was grabbed back in 1985 in midtown Manhattan.

Taken the last morning of a NYC trip I took to do a project at Google. The sky was amazing!
Skyscraper in New York City. Had some fun with the title on this one, I felt it was fitting. / Jan 2009 / Nikon D80 w/24-120mm VR Featured / Jan 22, 2009 Group – Experimental Photography and Editing / Jan 31- Feb**, 2009 Group – Nikon D80 Users

From my Bird-Fish Eye series. New York city is too big for only 1 photo so I took 2. I shot this from the Empire State Building looking down town. I am ADD and Dyslexic so I want to make photos that I can look at a long time with out getting board. I have been studying this photo since I created it in 2006 and I will never get tired of looking at it. It has tuns of landmarks from the Central Park to Rockefeller Tower. You can even see a posh roof top party if you look hard enough. You can’t go wrong with Black and White when shouting New York City.
Photo was taken looking through the glass of a tram, up the East River. © jc warburton 09, Nikon D90,Nikkor 18-200mm 1:3.5 – 5.6 VR lens, tone mapping.
