An amazing slipstream of clouds. This was shot in Dannevirke, New Zealand. The clouds hovered like that all afternoon! Aotearoa indeed!

I mirrored the original “Sunset Over Town” because I thought it was a bit boring, lol. I kinda like the original, too, but I really like this one. :)

Sun set down near Trigg beach the day after a big storm, the sea is still a bit rough…. /
Taken at Point Henry, Geelong. Tidal activity had created the zig-zag formation of seaweed.
This was another night shot that I did a couple of days ago. Hope you like it and thank you so very much for stopping by and look. Very much appreciated. :o) / /
Haystack Rock, Cannon Beach, Oregon 2007 Nikon D80 We walked along the beach. Played in the tidal pools next to Haystack. Built sand castles. Squeeled in the ocean. We had tons of fun. A very great day! Only changed it to BW…maybe a couple tiny corrections…nothing overly processed
Sunset at Two Rocks beach, north of Perth, Western Australia. Waiting time for this shot – 2 hours ;) Captured with Nikon D70

Beachy Head Clifftop and Lighthouse / My frist ever visit to Beachy Head, and I definitely think I’ll be heading back again:-) Nikon D700 with 24-120mm Lense. Beachy Head Now forms part of the newly designated National Park, The South Downs, and is a chalk headland on the south coast of England, close to the town of Eastbourne in the county of East Sussex, immediately east of the Seven Sisters. The cliff there is the highest chalk sea cliff in Britain, rising to 162 m (530 ft) above sea level. The peak allows views of the south east coast from Dungeness to the east, to Selsey Bill in the west. Many people come here to commit suicide, but for the life of me I can’t understand why. For when I am confronted with such sheer beauty, the last thing on earth that I’d be thinking about it leaving this beauty behind. About this Photo / I travelled here from London, the weather was not looking too promising, heavey rain all the way to the coast. As I arrived the storm front cleard leaving partially blue skies with fluffy fast moving clouds. The blue/green sea looked quite awesome, and the lighthouse was clear. One more thing would have made this composition complete, some people standing on the headland. It was one of those compromise pictures, either people in the foreground or people on the headland. I opted for the former:-) believeing it gives a great sense of scale. The wind was quite strong, so I had to sit to get a good solid position to hold the camera. Shot it in S mode rather than A to set a fast shutter speed to avoid camera shake. I’ll definitely be going back for some more though.
