The moment of inspiration happened when I was looking across my friend’s work portfolio and saw this close up picture of a horse. You may wonder how come a picture of a horse inspired the poem above. Well, I thought about this moment when one person looks at another and a range of thoughts pass through. A lot happens in that moment… and this poem is just about that moment. I did want to add a twist in the end, by taking the poem to a new level. They say God is present in every thing, small or big. And so, I thought, do we, as mere mortals, know in the first instant, when the impression gets made, that we are looking at an exceptional person? There goes…
