I attended Girl Scout Camps every summer till age 17,when I then became a consular in training to lead. Each location had a main cabin where we sang songs outside on logs that unified the campers. This is where I escaped the mundane, suppressive racism and I had a purpose, each summer I found kindred spirits and discovered many magical elements of nature.I didn’t just exist,I became alive.I became myself. This story was inspired by another red bubble artist…. / will add info

Acknowledgments to / Billy Boy / and / Markezz / for his link to a great work called The Room Law of Attraction: / That which is liken to itself is drawn. So… any dominate vibe you are feeling like I want money… is a point of attraction and you wonder.. where is my money? But if your dominate vibe is more like I want money / but / I don’t have any money / I don’t have enough money / why do all the other people in my life have money and I don’t / what’s wrong with me / money elludes me even though I want money / I never have the luck and so on.. replace money with health or relationship. that is why it is important we just start watching our thoughts as well as our conversation to others.. do we talk more about our bounty (and you are pretty darn good at this darling) / or lack lack lack. / we call it positive thinking but it is our NOW.. which is our attraction point and if we fill up our attraction point with better feeling thoughts.. we have a MUCH BETTER Opportunity to get all that we desire.. / We create it all.. even the road blocks to our successes ..

  • Like the Wind Vanes I Wait for the Signs of the Winds in RedBubble Land
    by happyfeet5

A storm is a brewing and it’s calling my name / a storm is a brewing and it’s all in my brain. The thoughts are a swirling like twister…

I don’t know if this poem makes sense or not, but I had to write it and get it out of my system. You see, my thoughts were beginning to swarm in my head like crazy and wouldn’t stop. It was terrible! I thought I was going into a panic attack. Thought that I was going into one of my raging storms. I couldn’t even see straight, then told myself, maybe if you write what you are feeling right now, it will go away. I tried and tried and finally this is what came out. But, you know what? I’m feeling better now. This is the whacky side of Iris. lol Oh, and I think it has to do with that my husband is on vacation and we haven’t gone nowhere! And to give him some attention, I haven’t really been on the computer, just taking peeks now and then. Ufff. Said it. Got it out. Please no offence Red Bubble. Thanks to you I am writing again and I am hooked.
