While On a walk around the Town of Grasmere this summer in The English lake district national park Cumbria in the NW of England, also has a lake there of the same name, I shot this view. / HDrd /

Bowland bench was shot on the way up to Nicky Nook ( is a small hill, sorry to dissapoint hehehe ) in the forest of Bowland AONB in Lancashire England. / The gate to the right is a kissing gate, if you’re interested to know that… / 3 shot HDR with polariser fitted to lens.

Not done many HDRs lately so I’m back in HDR mode. / This was shot at Wasdale head and the lake is Wastwater in the English lake district national park Cumbria. / I took in on the second leg of my 3 peaks walk, this was to walk up the 3 highest mountains of England, Scotland and Wales in 3 days, it can be done in 24 hours but may leave that one till another time LOL.. / Already done Ben Nevis in Scotland this one was to climb up Scafell pike in England. The views around Wasdale and wastwater were amazing, and I will be paying the ara another visit.. / Shot with a Nikon D300 and 18-70mm lens / One shot RAW HDR, edited using Photomatix and photoshop. /

Went on a meet in the English lake district park with friends and fellow bubblers Jamie Green and Shaun Whiteman Little did Shaun and I know Jaime would be taking us on a 10 mile walk, (well perhaps a slight exaggeration , it felt like it though, especially wearing wellies LOL ) from High dam tarn near finsthwaite, to Stotts park and near the Rusland valley, the weather was great considering the forecast.. / Shot with a Nikon D300 and Sigma 10-20mm lens. /
