My dear Emma helped me with the editing here, because I was going nowhere. I’m still not happy with it.. it still doesn’t look right, but here it is. My work seems to have turned for the worst recently… Canon 450D. The model is my sister, and I drew (freehand!) the body. Massive experiment with combining medias. Uploaded this for the Scribbles challenge in Challenge Weekly.. / Opinions? How can I make it better? / I used candlewax, few different sized black marker pens, retractable pencils, charcoal white and black, ink and pastels on a small piece of timber to create “Happiness Always”......and that’s what I wish for everyone…. happiness always it could be for a newborn baby, just cheer someone who’s a little sad, or for a birthday ~ wishing someone happiness always is just a nice thing to do any time of the year :)

I took this time a couple of days ago in Eritrea in the school where we were organizing our art activities. / Some people call them the “ninjas”. Some people throw them stones while they are dressed like that… some people do throw them stones or spit on them when they uncover their faces….
