  • Though habitat destruction through bulldozing, construction and roadside mowing is taking a toll on habitat, the wildflowers stubbornly refuse to give in. We have two main seasons for wildflowers in the panhandle of Florida. One begins in early spring and another that begins in August and lasts until the butterfly migrations are finished in early November.
