First I morphed all the colours in the image by adding a green and a blue tinting layer. Then I adjusted a filter in Photoshop to achieve this look.

Mrs. Flibble said I should shred some confidential stuff, lest it fall into the wrong hands. That would be… er… problematic and embarrassing – and not just for the llamas. Now normally I’m good at shredding, but today I forgot to heed the warning of "shred with a tie and you’re dead". It was going great, but just as I reached for the latest stack of llama sex orgy paperwork, my tie flopped into the diamond cut steel grinding gears of the shredder of death. This is moments before my grizzly end. Splendid. Oooh… I just started a blog: www.idrinkleadpaint.com Strobist stuff: I had a flash, camera left through an umbrella, deliberately set quite high to give the shot a bit more drama. Wide angle lens was in really close for extra distortion. Wanted a Flibble in the headlights sort of death. Ties were hurt in the making of this photograph.

Everybodies favourite badass villain, shredding licks on his guitar. This is my first real digital artwork that didn’t take less than half an hour to make. In total i probably spent about 10 hours on this tedious beast. But i am quite proud of it :). The idea came to me when trying to think of a spin on ‘sound’ for the sound competition that didn’t use anything like a speaker or a musical note or something obvious like that. And for anyone who doesn’t know who shredder is, or what ‘shredding’ on a guitar is: / Shredder is the villain from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (at least the one i watched as a kid he was) / and / Shredding (on guitar): is when a guitarist performs a guitar solo really really fast and it sounds extremely awesome.

Constitution being shredded…..or forgotten, shoved into the abyss!! An outdated document… not worth the paper it’s written on! RIGHT!!! / Who cares about all the men and women who have lost lives, in the military and to terrorism…..right!! / Well, 9-11 is near…..and I am NOT forgetting!
