I was playing around with the “Wizard Crop” tool, which I never use, because it rarely crops what I want it to. / But this one was really fun. Especially to use the cropped layer as an overlay. I started messing around with it and putting it on every picture I had. lol It worked best on the original, I think.
My friends mum took me to Jamesport Missouri yesterday and I took this picture / I saw how the Amish people live there….....very interesting trip.
This was taken from the top of Cat Law looking North to the mountains. The sun was going down and I thought it was interesting to catch the long shadows cast across the brown heather. The sky and the few clouds were beautiful .
At the base of Mt Hotham, Victoria. Snow covered roads and no street lamps gave me the perfect lighting and situation to create this creepy little piece. Taken from inside the car, camera sitting on dashboard, car moving at about 5km/h on a snow slick road. Featured in Road Photography This photo has not been enhanced, edited or changed in any way. No object is mysterious. The mystery is your eye. Elizabeth Bowen (1899 – 1973)
This reminded me of that photo and poem about “Footprints In The Sand”..... It snowed all day yesterday but the sun came up this morning and made the world around me crisp, clean and beautiful!
This is one of the trails heading up Stinson Mountain from the Quincy Road side. I was enjoying the shadows all the way – they tend to play tricks with your eyes after awhile…! Taken in Rumney, New Hampshire, February 2008.
This photo was taken a couple of years ago and is the view out my front window after a heavy snowfall. It looks cold, but it’s still beautiful.
