My cool new disguise!
Background shot- location, south west coast of South Australia . / . . /
Arcylic painting with mixed media. This idea was taken from my young childhood days sketchbook . / Sometimes i used to go in a big field, away from it all.. / with my skecthbook and paints, looking up at the sun, to me the sun’s rays used to look like all these sparkling, and dazzling rays, coming towards me. With the fields and corn everywhere, i used to see patterns and images , as the breeze blew them into this and that shape, or is it, and always be, the fact i just have a creative head with illusions in me, .............. don’t know, will anyone ever understand how i see things….......
Aryclic painting with mixed media, gold and bronze outliners, the original paintings (this one, the magic leaf, what is emerging?, fusion leaf, can you see the face expression? paintings) all have a certain different gleam at every different angle of the light, this was cleverly created from the use of metallic pens, and silk painting gutta outliners that are pearlised, see through and pearly, metallic sequins that were carefully placed at some angles of the paintings. / Just for general interest if any body is interested with the originals, / At the moment i have waiting list of clients wanting to purchase the originals of this collection, as there was becoming quite a demand on the same paintings, i had to have them bidded, the last bid dated 22 december was £700 per painting, so good news to my fans, is im still not letting them go, and i still have copyrights even once there sold, therefore can keep selling the prints, keeping everyone happy.

For some reason that Moby song has been stuck in my head for daaaays… even though I haven’t heard it in months. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qdb4NyHdFfE Have a listen! More from my experiment with a mirror and sequin stars. I used colorful wrapping paper to reflect in the mirror and some glitter sprinkled on the mirror… Enjoy!
How gorgeous are these shoes?! I hired them for a photoshoot…now I want to keep them :( LOL (c) Sarah Moore 2009

While visiting a local book store & coffee shop, I had the unique pleasure of meeting Polly Diller (unknown to me at the time). These head-turning silver-sequinned sneakers belong to Polly , a local retired Diva who is as full of life and fun as her sequinned Converse sneakers. Of course, she advised me “I have a second pair at home that are RED,” (we have yet to capture those on film but remain confident they will appear in our portfolio soon!) It was a pleasure meeting this lively and unstoppable matriarch and once I had, I KNEW her shoes needed to be immortalized & I’m glad I did. Thanks, Polly.Chad Miller

pencil on paper drawing Ah, one of my older drawings… / so yes, it’s true, I was born on the cusp – right at the beginning of Aries. / This drawing is about being two things at the same time. (I know, now you’re wondering if I’m schizophrenic – that’s a different drawing – ha!) What I REALLY wanted to do with this piece is to create a third middle face – merging the two eyes into the center portion, but that never really came across. I was abusing Pat Metheny’s “Still Life (Talking)” when I drew most of this. Thank you for all the great music Pat… This is a large drawing – framed it’s over 4 feet wide – but the original is for sale – do email if interested. You can see an overexposed shot of it behind me at one of my solo shows: / In my Clothing section: /
