They do not like losing friends and relatives to death and disease. They would love to be agile and move like they were still twenty or thirty. They are lonely because in death, disease and not being able to travel to friends and relatives. Thank you elisab for the honor of creating your dream…creating this really put life in perspective for me and I realize how short it really is…so here’s to living life at it’s fullest. gentleman purchased through stockxpert

This elderly woman sits at the window and contemplates the world outside. She does not see far beyond the window frame because her world has diminished considerably. Two years ago she was officially diagnosed with dementia after a life threatening surgery and long hospital stay. However, her family and friends noticed a difference in her personality over the last several years. Once a proud and hard working single mom, she raised two children during the 60’s and 70’s at a time when single parenthood was not as widely accepted as it is today. At present, she is reduced to little more than the passive demeanor of a quiet child. She is aware of the reduction in both her mental and physical abilities. She also understands that she is helpless to change anything. / It takes great courage to face the inevitable. Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form of dementia; it accounts for 64 per cent of all dementias. For example right now in the US, Alzeihmer’s has surpassed diabetes and is the sixth leading cause of death. As baby boomers are rapidly approaching the age of retirement it is believed that 10 million baby boomers will develop Alzheimer’s in their lifetime. Currently, there are more than 24 million people in the world with dementia—this is estimated to rise to 81 million by the year 2040.6 / Statistics taken from both the Canadian and American Alzeihmer’s Society.

And Organ player grinds out the sounds that enhance the beauty of a fourteenth century church. I had other visions, you know, stand at the back of the church shoot down the isle and impress people with the grandeur architectural structure. But what real matters is not so much the structure any more. They’re marred by tourism, ropes and do not touch signs. Even the tripod marks of a few seem to remind me why I hear the music and beat to a different drum. What never dies are the souls of living beings that once gave thought to pleasure. The music sheets this old soul turned fill the ancient hall of biblical praise of god and deeds of man kind stretching back to the fourteenth century. I was surrounded in the melody of the organ. I drew near until the playr’s thoughts from ancient music sheets transposed by a German wonder This overture is called in Mendelssohn’s letters alternately. Felix Mendelssohn was a true druid, not a man wearing a kilt, but a man with a soul to express the nature we have forgotten. This music captures the spirit of the enormous rolling swells found near the North Sea. In time may be we will all stop snapping pictures. just maybe we will hear the music and forget other pleasures and claim as part of our souls what we have over looked.
