This is a mixed media piece that is one half of a two part series. / I was exploring how people “send themselves” to the world. How they send themselves (act) is often very different to how they feel about themselves. I also entered this artwork into the Young at Art, Young Australian Artist of the Year awards, where I received first place in the Painting Category and was flown to Melbourne for the award ceremony. Best experience ever!

My new Series, I was playing around in Tierazon and kept creating what looked like masks to me…then today I couldn’t get them out of my mind…I came up with this after a lot of work…I am proud to display it! Their FATE lies in our hands…send them an angel…. / As with all in the SEND ME AN ANGEL series 50% of any and all proceeds go to the Defenders of Wildlife: in my attempt to help….please help open people’s eyes and show them how to love…. Lyndy has just informed me that, She has finally heard some news on David, its not full details but it appears he was hit by a car on Saturday Night and is currently in an induced coma.
