I took this shot a long time ago when I was in Illinois helping my dad with some family issuses. At the time I took it I was in a lot of pain, and I guess I put it away with the pain. 132 views – Shot with Canon 40D using a macro lens 100 2.8. This was in a display area at my local nursery. The Garden Supply in Williston, Vermont is one of the places I go to shoot flowers. They are so kind to me and they give me permission to go anywhere there. I thank them for their kindness.

The rivers in the Tennessee Smokey Mountains are just beautiful. There is always a feeling of stoicism and tranquility. Sitting there by the edge of this cool pool, I wanted nothing more than I had at that exact moment. The breeze was perfect, the sun just enough to take the chill from the air.
