This angelic sea creature would never dream of sinking ships or pulling overboard sailors deep into the ocean blue. Unlike Octodevil, Octoangel is all good intentions.
Is there anything worse opening up a popsicle on a warm afternoon and have it drip all over your hand? At least you have lips and a tongue to lap up the sweet goodness. Squid do not.
Little tako loves his takoyaki! He even thinks they named it after him, he loves it so much. He never suspected that his favorite food on a stick was actually deep fried octopus dumplings.
This work was originally created for a local seafood festival poster. Might look good on a seafood restaurant wall now =)

Of the more than 300 species of shark found in Australian waters, there are only a couple of species that are known to attack humans. Yet 2009 will surely go down in the history books as having a record number of shark attacks. / / This summer alone it seemed like every week there was another person emerging from the water with bits missing. Sometimes twice a week. That’s if they were lucky enough to come out of the water at all. / / And even though you are more likely to die of a bee sting, there are now cries to increase the quota of shark fishing to cull the populations that have been living in our coastal waters for millions of years. / / I think it’s important for us all to respect that the moment we step off the land and into the sea, we are out of our depth and are no longer at the top of the food chain. / / I’m doing this shirt to present the lighter side of these primordial creatures and point out that they aren’t menacing. They’re just hungry. / / /

Chesapeake Bay She Crab Soup 4 Tbsp, butter, melted / 1 small onion, finely chopped / 3 Tbsp flour / 2 cups light cream / 2 cups milk / 1 pound Blue Crab she-crabmeat / Orange roe / 2 Tbsp Sherry / Salt and Pepper to taste -Saute onion in butter until translucent. Stir in flour. / Add cream and milk; simmer 5 minutes over medium heat. / While the soup is thickening, toss the crabmeat and roe in / butter and heat through a few minutes. / Once the soup has thickened, / Add crabmeat, roe, Sherry, and seasonings.
