Can anything represent diversity better?
The collision of my dreams with reality…
Three seperate canvases combine to create Scribbly Gum Tryptch / Oil on scretched Canvas. / 3 x (34cm x 120cm) Original available $AU3,000 – Postage extra Exhibited at Campelltown Regional Art Gallery Centre Layers of subtle glazes were used trying to create a flowing natural backgroud to this magnificent variety of gum trees. The texture of the knots were equally important. Leaving the looseness of the larval tracks to the last. This work was created to support an upcoming exhibition by the Southern Printmakers Association entitled ‘Earthwritings’.
A super-doodle. So, so childish, yes?

My art is based on everything I see around me. This is from the idea that eyes are the windows of the soul. A2 on cartridge papar with a G-Tec C4 0.4 pen. Can be viewed any way up it is up to you.
Hand drawn A2 image on cartridge paper with a G-Tec C4 0.4 pen probably took about a year to do, but I don’t pay attention to the time or the drawing until it is nearly complete. Just been looking to buy some more pens and found out the drawn line is only 0.2mm! Featured in Works on Paper winner of the Patterns challenge in Finks in Ink
Here’s yet another take on the Polaroid camera.
For sjem – Little mister needs nappy noos coz he’s all gwumpy whumpy. Oddly, I was listening to X.Y.U. by the Smashing Pumpkins whilst scribbling out this. Just an inconsequential notation. La! Check it out! /
This started life as a lot of little boxes drawn on a big sheet of A2 its amazing what a lot of scribbling can end up with!
a girl I scribbled in vectors. /
Title is from the song London Calling by the Clash. I cut and glued an old map (of london) on to the outlines of parliament, and added some digital things as well.
There is no such thing as the State / And no one exists alone
I recently got an intuos tablet. / This is the first “real” thing I’ve created while using it. / Other then this I’ve just been scribbling and trying to get used to using it. / I’m pretty excited about it!
A piece taken for the ‘Challenge Weekly’ Group challenge No. 2. The words are from the song ‘Broken Heart’ by Motion City Soundtrack. Shot with my D80 then converted to B&W… enjoy…
Vector image, drawn from a photo taken in Tokyo. Also added a couple of scribbly, hand drawn headphones in the foreground to give it some depth. I just hope my interpretation of those characters hasn’t changed their meaning too much!!!!! details /
