She is a brilliant woman with an amazing life story who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s a few years ago. She still gives the best hugs, hasn’t lost her sense of humor or independent streak, and can tear through the Haggadah in two or three languages (she was fluent in English, Russian, Polish, Hebrew, and Yiddish.) Canon 450D / F-stop: 3.5 (-0.3 exposure bias) / Exposure time: 1/30 sec. / ISO-speed: 200 / Focal length: 18mm Desaturated, then contrastified, then added lots of noize. It’s difficult to work with images that aren’t good quality in the first place.. Experimenting with B&W and noise. / Self-portrait, because I DON’T LIKE THIS SIZE ZERO RUBBISH. 1st I need to give credit where credit is due, I saw the Simpson’s yesterday and it was the one where homer invents things, he went to the Thomas Edison museum and there in the gift shop was a tshirt with a light bulb saying ‘screw this’. So thats where the idea came from. I love homer! wahoo
