this is my grandmothers tea set, which evokes precious memories of childhood for me, / I created a series of these images to purchase for my mum on mothers day.

This is two pictures, using selective coloring, and layering. It is mother and daughter. No matter how old your little ones become, they are always your little ones. This is my baby daughter. She is also a photographer taking after her old Mom.

I was trying to think of things that Mum’s love, like Roses and images of their children at a young age. / So I’ve used a rose from my garden and an old photo of me at the age of 3 :) Hopefully mum would have loved this creation, I miss her dearly… Created for the Selective Colour Competition
