Today, while at Cape Schank, on the Victorian coast, we had a little bird come and join us for the half hour we were there. This cute little bird was not flamboyantly coloured, instead he had the subdued colours typical of many Austrlian birds. Strangely enough, he wasn’t sppoked by us or the noises we made. He joined us within moments of our arrival, and took great delight in moving around so that he could see what my husband was up to. He sat on the toolbox for a few minutes and, at one point, he was only a few inches from my hand as I sat on the same retaining wall he was moving around on. He was very quiet, we didn’t hear him make a sound. If you can identify him for me, I would be most grateful. Many thanks for reading this – I hope you enjoy the photos I have posted (2 pics). Have a great day/evening/night.
