The images in this calendar are collected from my trip to the British Virgin Islands. Please enjoy all the tropical locations as seen through my eyes.

Yosemite National Park, one of the first wilderness parks in the United States, is best known for its waterfalls, but within its nearly 1,200 square miles, you can find deep valleys, grand meadows, ancient giant sequoias, a vast wilderness area, and much more.

This is a collection of several photos I took of Pikes Peak Mountain, the mountain that inspired Katherine Lee Bates to write “America the Beautiful”, and the surrounding Colorado Springs region. Pikes Peak has always been my favorite mountain, over 14,000 feet above sea level, to hike year round. Most of the images were taken from Garden of the Gods park in the Springs, along with one of Helen Hunt Falls in Cheyenne Canyon added.

Acclaimed as one of the world’s most scenic drives, the Cabot Trail winds though the northern highlands of Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada. From sea-level on the shores of the Atlantic and the Gulf of St. Lawrence, to breath-taking switch-backs over steep mountains, the Trail encloses Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Along the way you’ll encounter small towns and villages dating back to the 1700’s and even earlier. The Trail was named for John Cabot of Bristol, who landed either here or Newfoundland in 1497. Enjoy the friendliest of people, an amazing variety of crafts,music,seafood, trails,tours,golf,skiing and wildlife, or just come and relax in a most beautiful place. / All images are available separately from my site.
