  • beautiful sunset and waves on the beach

  • I know that in an artistic sense this is quite simple, however to me it has great meaning. The image is of my two boys who are also the best of friends. They have an unbreakable bond and here, they are doing something they love; just being together.

  • extreme sunset reflections

  • hdr

  • Concept image let me know what you think!!!

  • He took my leg Murray’s Beach / Booderee National Park. NSW

  • Caught this back in Summer – February. Bonbeach is one of the nicest beaches on Port Phillip Bay, although I am a little biased. Being particular fair skinned, this is definately the best time to go for a swim.

  • Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota, FL has the most fantastic beach with yards and yards of white quartz sand. It is like sugar. You can spend the whole day relaxing and getting in a good book! Taken with a Canon XTI. /

  • Loved this boat sitting so calm on the Noosa River, as I was sitting there waiting for the sunset colours to intensify, this seagull started feeding off bait fish on the surface.. Bit of a shame he wasn’t facing me, but still happy :) Noosa River, Noosaville, Queensland. Canon 50D, 14mm. Available large, and definately best viewed large!

  • A serene evening descends on St Kilda Beach. Panasonic Lumix TZ11. Unedited. The warmer older sister of Dawn Stillness. Featured in The Compact Group, Nautical and Alphabet Soup (Letter E).

  • The sunset creates colorful patterns on the beach in San Diego.

  • Located on Venice Beach, FL this beach did not have many sunbathers which made it easy to photograph. I loved the large clump of seagrass that was on the sand. 50 blades of seagrass blowing in the wind! Taken with a Canon XTI / f/8 / ISO-100 / 1/640 sec / 24mm

  • The sun was rising on Siesta Key, in Sarasota, FL. This was taken during a triathlon. Taken with a Canon XTI and wide angle lens 12-24. / f/8 / ISO-200 / 1/800 sec / 24mm

  • The beach on Sanibel Island, Florida was taken over by a huge flock of seagulls. They filled the air and the sand with their frenzied motion. Canon 40D / Lens: 70-300mm F:11 / Shutter 1/320 / ISO 400 / 70mm

  • This is Noosa North Shore, looking North towards the coloured sand cliffs, and Double Island Point. The cliffs are on fire, and much of the precious sand dune cover is going to be lost. Errosion is inevitable, possibly from an irresponsible camper lighting fires in a total fire ban, or the back-burning error made by the councils. Smoke can be seen to the left of this shot, limiting visibility along the beach. Still, this is one of the most beautiful places I have been, and the wildlife here, with the many eagles is just magical to witness. Even the pipi birds, gannets, terns, and seagulls (a seagull in flight in this shot) are awe inspiring! Canon 5D Mk II, 35mm, 16:9 crop. Available very large, and best viewed large!

  • As dawn was breaking, the moon was still glowing which made a wonderful array of color. This was taken in Florida, at Siesta Key Beach. Taken with a Canon XTI and wide angle lens 12-24mm / f/8 / ISO-1600 / 1/800 / 24mm

  • The beautiful Granite Bay in Noosa National Park. The more I visit this place, the more I fall in love with the area. There is always birds flying around, beautiful rock pools, just waiting to be discovered. Some of the larget pools make a lovely smooth base pool too :) Granite Bay, Noosa National Park, Noosa Heads, Queensland, Australia. Canon 5D Mk II, 35mm, 16:9 crop. Available very large, and best viewed large.
