Sales of this Design? – 1 sale so far :) / Sleepwave is a mixed media production on canvas textured paper, it involved the use of inks, pastels, charcoal and acrylics. I took studies of ladies lying on the beach at Byron Bay to give me the correct outlines for the figure work, then just used my imagination for the rest Sleepwave pairs nicely with Sunlover :D

Salty coffee… Ok… I think I have to explain it a little….. In German we have a concept about: to put too much salt in someones soup... Which means: to cook so.’s goose, or to rain on so.’s parade, or to spoil so.’s plans or to spoil things for so....... This t-shirt is about putting too much salt in someones coffee... which is an allusion to all the sleaze bags in offices, putting you too much salt in your coffee, those sleaze bags, which you never can trust…..

I took this photo on the Adelaide River in the Northern Territory Australia when I was learning to use my Nikon D80.
These fotos R a variation 2 a pinhole camera done a la consumer digital ( Canon PowerShot A620 ) camera. I like 2 call these my ¨SALTY HOLE CAM¨ a foto series. I have been abusing digital technology since I switched shooting from analog in attempts to get what I like to think as the grit & grim of film back into my image. I like the immediacy of the new technologies ( like that of Polaroid), I am just not certain that I like it´s highly polished image quality all the time. I am looking for the surprises film processing once gave me after processing a roll of film. I was one 2 always really abuse film badly & I will continue this same manner with these new digital tools. I hope U can appreciate where I am coming from with all of this. Perhaps, I just spent 2 many years in darkly light rooms 2 not want a wee bit of that magic in the final outcome & results of what I consider 2 B an interesting image.

Background Information: / The term sea refers to certain large bodies of water, but there is inconsistency as to its precise definition and application. Most commonly, a sea may refer to a large expanse of saline water connected with an ocean, but it is also used sometimes for a large saline lake that lacks a natural outlet, e.g. the Caspian Sea. Colloquially, the term is used as a synonym for ocean. Additionally, large lakes, such as the Great Lakes of North America, are occasionally referred to as “inland seas”. Salty Rocks / Foam /

Australian Estuarine Crocodiles “Salties”.... truly fearsome creatures to me. / I spent 2 years living in Darwin convinced that my Husband would be eaten by one…. he likes to fish from the riverbank…... luckily he saw the sense in not doing this while we lived there. These crocs were in captivity so I was quite safe….. but some people insist on putting themselves in danger with crocs in the wild. Check this out and moments later [canon 10000D] Featured – Dimensions group – June 2009

Pink salt slick in the backwater area of the Noora Evaporation basin between Berri and Renmark South Australia. This area is severely degraded but is a significant distance from River Murray main and has been in this condition for years. It is a sorry sight to see and the area has a real feel of death and desolation. The storms clouds in the distance brought some much needed rain to the area during the night. Thanks to Dave Hartley for joining me on this excursion. Three shot panoramic using a Canon 400D, 17-85 lens with Polarising filter. Stitched in Photoshop CS3.
