  • Wild South
    by Nando Machado

    US$17.81–US$95.00

One of my personal favorites. This picture taken in a rodeo (during the lasso tournament) in the south of Brazil. The cowboys are called “gauchos”, and this one is dressed typically. This type of large trousers are called “bombachas”. Captured at 300mm in negative film and then scanned.

  • Saddle Back Mountain
    by Craig Goldsmith

    US$3.71–US$98.80

This image was taken on Christmas Day 2007 for family members that were moving away from the area, they thought it would be nice for me to record the view so they had a reminder of their own home.

  • Freedom
    by Darlene

    US$3.42–US$91.20

I have only experienced it once, but I have never forgotten the feeling of freedom I experienced while flying over a field on horseback. I hope to find that same experience again someday soon!

  • Timbertop II
    by Barssel

    US$3.42–US$91.20

Those that have viewed my work will know that I seldom place many comments about my photo’s other than giving credit to my models….......................... Timbertop II is an exception. Grand Prix Dressage is my passion, the power and grace of these amazing horses is extroidinary from the Grandstands but up close, it is an awe inspiring experience. / This is “Timbertop” a 11 year old Warmblood gelding who reached GP last year. I have had the good fortune to ride this equine athlete on several occasions and each time I have been unable to sleep for several days after due to excitement. “No one comes to a discussion of the horse empty handed: we arrive with the burden of six thousand years of accumulated knowledge, gratitude, myth and hearsay. Our two species are permanently and inextricably linked. Over the centuries we have trained horses to perform successfully in many spheres of the human experience, including agriculture, sport and war. They have lived and died beside us and it is hard to imagine what our lives would be like if their domestication had never occurred.” 1 Andrew McLean. I have used a radial blur to try to give the feeling of movement and power…................I have been trying for years to convert my inner feelings to an actual image….................I am still trying!

  • FROM THE LOCAL HORSE RIDING STABLES AT DRUIDSTON PEMBROKESHIRE WALES A RIDER GALLOPS ACROSS THE BEACH

  • Moments after this photo was taken, horse number 8 stumbled and its jockey (the one in the red silks) went with it. Luckily both survived.

  • HORSERIDER GALLOPING ALONG DRUIDSTON BEACH AT SUNSET IN PEMBROKESHIRE WALES UK

  • Windy Saddle Sunset
    by Travis Easton

    US$3.80–US$101.33

Hi all, I took this shot back in 2005 just after the track to Sealers Cove at Wilsons Prom had been opened after some bushfires there. At the time it was very stark but at sunset the leafless trees made a great silhouette against the post sunset sky. I last passed this spot a few weeks back and it is happily unrecognisable being covered in verdant regrowth the devestation largely covered. Many Australian plant can only propegate after fire so although the bare ground and trees can look devestated it is in fact a natural and needed doorway to new life. For more shots from this area check out my Wilsons Promontory gallery. 10% of all profits go to the Wilderness Society

  • Lets go!!!!! is what my daughter is trying to say. She was having a hard time getting Fulgar to start to extend and he said no. So needless to say her score was not very good. But I thought that the picture was great. I am still very proud of my daughter because I can not ride in an english saddle or know what the cues are. I can help from the ground. Give me a western saddle any day and I will be just fine.

  • Saddle Up
    by hickerson

    US$3.56–US$95.00

  • One of the most beautiful sights I visited in Big Sur was McWay Cove. The sea was two colours and just active enough to make the sandy beach foamy. The falls was full and cascading down onto sand without making so much as a puddle to mark it’s arrival. And Saddle Rock was showing why it is so named. If not for the fact that the beach is inaccessible to all but kayakers, it would have been my favourite location. With the sand that saturated from the falls, would be become ‘quick’ enough to try to grab me or would I be able to walk under a falls? A question for only dreams to answer.

  • Cowboy and Horse
    by Al Bourassa

    US$4.28–US$114.00

The same day we are at Sheep River Falls getting fabulous shots of kayaks jumping the falls, we see this great sight. We are in Alberta cattle country after all.

  • This is a remake of my previous “Cowboy and Horse”. / I was going to do another BW and SC work when I accidentally made a layer Negative instead of BW. I kinda liked the effect, so I kept going with it… / What do you think?? Is it a winner?

  • Grand Prix Dressage
    by Nina SMART

    US$3.99–US$106.40

The original watercolour painting was commissioned by a client several years ago. However this painting has remained one of my personal favorites because for me, the horse’s expression says everything there is to say about dressage. NB. For several years I signed my artwork with my first and middle name only.
