The last remains of the old Port Willunga jetty, South Australia. Port Willunga Beach was recently named as the only Australian location in ‘Travel and Leisure’ magazine – hip travel list of emerging destinations. This is still one of my favourite locations to photograph and is only a 40 minute drive south of Adelaide. Pentax DS. / HDR (-2,0,+2) Photomatix / CS2.

Mt Barker Summit, Adelaide Hills, South Australia
Captured this on a stroll to the beach yesterday afternoon. The shadows on the beach from the fence on the train station caught my eye. / My main mission was to shoot the ‘Torbay Express’ Steam Train, which went through at such speed, I was not in a good position to get it, so wait till next week for that one.
