The Rusland Valley in the south of the Lake District National Park, Cumbria, England. Late afternoon with a very low sun and a field mist starting to form…. / You can park by the causeway between Haverthwaite and Bouth and walk along the dike that stops the tidal waters of the Rusland Pool from flowing over into these fields…then on along a great footpath system around the valley. Went on a meet in the English lake district park with friends and fellow bubblers Jamie Green and Shaun Whiteman Little did Shaun and I know Jaime would be taking us on a 10 mile walk, (well perhaps a slight exaggeration , it felt like it though, especially wearing wellies LOL ) from High dam tarn near finsthwaite, to Stotts park and near the Rusland valley, the weather was great considering the forecast.. / Shot with a Nikon D300 and Sigma 10-20mm lens. /
