This is a small adobe farmhouse which I saw it in my trip to the Kavir (desert). / The whole house and the whole town made of adobe (mud and water). Also those bricks made of mud and water called Khesht. / It was located in a small rural town called “Mesr”. / Mesr is Persian name for Egypt. / I asked few people why they called their rural town, Mezr or Egypt? They told me because it used to be so fertile that people call it with that name.

Kerry faces the Atlantic Ocean and, typically for an Eastern-Atlantic coastal region, features many peninsulas and inlets: principally the Dingle Peninsula, the Iveragh Peninsula, and the Beara Peninsula, shared with neighbouring County Cork. The county is bounded on the west by the Atlantic Ocean and on the north by the River Shannon. The Ring of Kerry on the Iveragh Peninsula is a popular route for tourists and cyclists. The pedestrian version is the scenic Kerry Way which follows ancient paths generally higher than that adopted by the Ring of Kerry. / Dingle Peninsula Kerry is one of the most mountainous regions of Ireland and contains two of its three highest mountains, Carrauntoohil, part of the Macgillycuddy’s Reeks range and Mount Brandon, part of the Slieve Mish range.

I photographed this image on a trip I won to the Marlboro ranch in Clyde Park, Montana. It was about 7:00am, nobody was outside, and I decided to step onto the patio during breakfast and enjoy the scenery… and what beautiful scenery it is!!! I did not alter this images much, just increased the contrast on Photoshop 7.0 from 0 to 4, honest! I love the calmness of this piece as well as the lighting ‘imperfections’ Pixels: 3072 X 2304 / Inches: 32 X 24 / Resolution: 96 pixels/inch Samsung S760 Digital Camera 7.2MP… simple, I know!!!
