This is a row of willows that is not more than a 100 mt. far from my house, in the country side near to Scalenghe in Piedmont, Italy. / I took this on a very early morning last november, 30 minutes after sunrise, while a thick fog was coming around, quickly obscuring the entire scene in just five minutes. Droving Sheep at Albert © / Vicki Ferrari Albert, New South Wales, Australia. This was taken in the township itself, opposite the Rabbit Trap Hotel. Taken using negs back in approximately 1987. This would have to be one of my favourite photographs! I have scanned the 8X12 print and done some minor touching up (typical neg dust and scratch) with photoshop but apart from that, this image is as it is! Hope you like this! If you are ever not coping with life, be creative! It brings you out of the doldrums in a big way! The satisfaction of seeing something that you created is a wonderful feeling. I hope that this feeling comes across in these series, created in December 2008. Has anyone else noticed how much this person Anonymous wrote & no-one seems to know where he lived, what he looked like?! He was so talented, wasn’t he?! This photograph of Queensland Railway Tracks was taken in February 2005. It is taken in the morning between Quilpie and Charleville, looking west. There is more to come in this series, still being created! This card (graphics) were designed in December 2008, using Photoshop. If purchasing as a motivational, inspirational or greeting card, the BLACK background blends is well with the black border. It is available up to POSTER size, if that is your desire! Rainy Day – walk / Amersfoort NL – Heiligenbergerbeek NS-hiking path (Dec.9, 2008) Going for a hike is a favourite pastime in the Netherlands. No wonder that so many hike-routes are described and signed, so that it is easy for people to follow the route. / For me personally: nothing as inspiring as picking up my camera and gear, and setting out for a hike, be it here right in my own neighbourhood, or a little further away… With the camera in hand, I discover beauty with every step I go! :) These pics were made during an early morning winter walk in Amersfoort the Netherlands – Two weeks before the “Frozen world – walk”, Stephan, a photographer friend and myself the first part of this same hiking path… Most of it in the streaming rain… :( The dikes are such a typical feature in the Dutch landscape… often, large parts are fenced, so that sheep can roam freely on them… :) When the sheep doomed up before us on the path, surrounded by these majestic oaks, it felt to me as is we were walking into another world all together, another realm… Misty, wet, dark and moody weather, but awesome scenery… Hope you still enjoy… (we did!) ;) ...
