Okay Im not very exciting with coming up with titles , But I still cant renember the name of this location . All I know is that you need a good 4WD and low PSI tyres , plenty of people have got bogged trying to get to this beach . The weather and light wasnt great for photography but still made the most of it . Deffinatly going to revisit this spot under better conditions . The iconic Cottesloe Buoy , Have been mean to shot this for a while and got this 5 image panorama stitch . Recently (May 2009) my family and I enjoyed a holiday on North Yorkshire, with its intriguing landscapes and historic villages. We stayed in the beautiful village of Hunmanby in the Yorkshire wolds. We stayed at the top of the village, in a cottage at Hunmanby Hall which has a very rich history, dating back to the 1600’s. There were some fantastic sunsets whilst we were there and I managed to capture a couple of them. Across the road from the cottage was this wonderfully old farm with green fields of growing wheat. I decided to make my way across to the farm and began walking down the long rural drive to the farm when I saw this beautiful scene. I choose to shoot the sunset with the fence and field in. It was a difficult task even with my graduated ND filters, so i decided to shoot the scene as a HDR, using bracketed shots. This was the result. It really captures the mood of the moment. I hope you like it as well. / This HDR image was made using 4 bracketed shots put together in Photomatix Pro for Macs, and adjusted using Tone Mapping and enhanced details.
